We offer you a broad range of SILEA loading arms for top loading or bottom loading. Also from SILEA: 4″ dry disconnect couplings to the API RP 1004 standard for bottom loading, which have proven themselves for many years at numerous tank farms and refineries, as well as 4″ pressure control valves that prevent product from being drawn off at calibrated loading points.
We have represented dry disconnect couplings of the TODO brand since the company was founded. The TODO brand name is firmly established in the market: when people speak of TODO, they mean the full-bore bayonet dry disconnect coupling originally developed by Avery Hardoll. We also supply breakaway couplings from TODO to safeguard the loading process.
For petrochemical products we offer sliding vane meters from the SATAM, Alfons Haar and Avery Hardoll brands. For petrochemical and chemical processes we carry piston meters and rotary vane meters from the Total Control Systems TCS brand.
Our product range includes fittings such as pneumatic footvalves from Parker Meggitt and Alfons Haar, together with shut-off valves such as ball valves, socket-end gate valves and spring-return CrNi stainless steel ball valves (deadman) in sizes ½″ to 2″.
We supply earthing clamps with ISO46 plug in light and heavy-duty versions.
The heavy-duty version is available with either a ø4.2 mm or ø10 mm cable clamping hole, with black or red handles.
Silea
Silea was born in 1968, sensing the future development of the oil sector, both in the distribution and in the transfer of products.
Located in the district of Bologna, in Ozzano dell'Emilia, over the years, the company specialized in the transfer of hydrocarbons, producing loading and unloading arms, floating suctions, pumps, folding stairs for tank trucks, etc.
Today, thanks to over 50 years of experience, Silea has also expanded and developed its market in other sectors, such as food, chemical and bitumen; obviously, without losing sight of the most historic Oil & Gas sector, within which Silea remains a point of reference, for the quality of the products and the historicity of the brand.

4″ API dry disconnect coupling with pressure control valve
The Silea API Female Manual Coupler Series 05134101 is designed to achieve a quick and dry coupling, between a Bottom Loading Arm or a hose and the Male Coupler on a tank truck. The Coupler respects the API RP 1004 standards and can be combined with the 3050 check valve to prevent product being drawn off at calibrated loading points.

Floating tank suction units
The floating suctions are used in tanks, above ground or underground, and allow the suction of the clean product near the surface, without the sediments that are normally found on the bottom of the tanks. Suitable for use with Jet A1 Fuel, as no yellow metals are used in the production of its components.

Positive displacement sliding vane pumps
The positive displacement rotary vane pump allows you to suck up the product and, by adjusting the by-pass valve, determine the delivery pressure. This kind of pump is suitable for fuels, AdBlue, kerosene, solvents, oils and industrial liquids.

Top loading arms
The top loading arm is an articulated piping supported by a mechanical balancing (torsion or compression spring) or pneumatic system, which is used to transfer fuels or industrial liquids in tankers and railway tanks through the top manholes. Each loading arm is supplied with certificates and declarations of conformity to the ATEX, PED, Machinery directives (if applied).

Bottom loading arms & bottom unloading arms
The bottom loading arms are used to load/unload tank trucks and railway tankers for fuels and industrial liquids. This transfer system offers the advantage of operating directly on the ground instead of getting on the tank and thus avoids the formation of electrostatic charges generated.
TODO
TODO was originally founded in Töreboda, Sweden and initially manufactured ball valves. But it was the pioneering TODO-MATIC dry-break coupling that would bring the company international recognition – a product that is now used throughout the world across industry.
TODO was acquired by Gardner Denver in 2006 and its headquarters was relocated to Margate in 2012. This premises features a large manufacturing facility and is shared with TODO’s fellow Ingersoll Rand Transport Solutions (IRTS) strategic brand EMCO Wheaton.
The company’s leadership has changed throughout the years but its core approach has remained the same: to provide customers with the highest-quality, precision engineered products available on the market. Commitment to innovation has seen TODO’s market share grow consistently and most customers now recognise its range as the best for handling different fluids and gases.

NEW F145-3 underwing pressure refueling coupling
The F145-3 single point nozzle (ISO45) is smaller and lighter in weight, yet maintains the strength, durability and robust design characteristics of the F116/F117 and HU3000/HU4000 series nozzles. SATAM
SATAM has a long history in industrial metering, specializing in hydrocarbon liquid metrology since 1921. SATAM provides metering systems for various applications, including those used by armies and within the oil and gas industry. SATAM's expertise extends to designing, manufacturing, marketing, maintaining, and renovating metering systems for the entire hydrocarbon supply chain.
SATAM has developed a complete set of meters and accessories dedicated to aviation applications in order to guarantee the perfect control of jet fuels loaded quantities: meters and accessories for aircraft refuellers and hydrant dispensers from 2” - 8” (20 L/min. to 5500 L/min), metering and additivation for airport fuel farms, and meters calibration systems.
The SATAM Rotary Vane Positive Displacement Meter is a system with freely-moving blades used to measure white petroleum products such as fuels, bio-fuels and refined liquid hydrocarbons. Its simple design using only two pairs of blades and one moving rotor means the SATAM PD meter is exceptionally robust and also generates significant savings on maintenance costs as the meter boasts outstanding metering accuracy and stability.
